Services for Nathaniel “Cash Money” Green, 61, of Natchez, who died Monday, Feb. 26, 2007, at his residence, will be 11 a.m. Saturday, March 3, 2007, at Christian Hope Baptist Church with the Rev. John Scott officiating.
Burial will follow at Jerusalem Baptist Church No. 2 Cemetery, Kingston, under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon until 6 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 10 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.
Mr. Green was born Oct. 15, 1944, in Natchez, the son of Frank and Pearline Burdie Green. He was a Baptist and a member of Christian Hope Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, George Green, Grady Green and Henry Green; sisters, Mary Jones, Delores Johnson; and grandson, Roderick Johnson.
Survivors include a special friend, Andrea Marvel; sons, Roger Lee Johnson, Greg Brengettsy, both of Natchez, Charles Buchanan and wife, LaWanda, of Baton Rouge, and Marcus Laffall of Atlanta, Ga.; daughters, Zelda Buchannan, Catrina Buchannan, Daniella Buchannan, Chantel Marsaw, all of Natchez, LaWanda Green and Temeka Buchannan, both of Baton Rouge, Lisa Green, Jeannie Green and LaTonya Green, all of Indianapolis, Ind., Tyna Green Seall and husband, John, of Orlando, Fla., Sharon Green Shaw and husband, Terry, of Milwaukee, Wis., Kim Laffall of Knoxville, Tenn., and Ruthie Smith of Chicago, Ill.; sisters, Zeola Reed, Betty Bassett and husband, Willie, Pearlina Anderson and husband, Tommy, all of Natchez, Eloise Jetter, Evelyn Oneal and Earline Harbor and husband, Lee, all of South Bend, Ind.; brothers, Leo Green and wife, Mary, of Natchez, and Leslie Green of South Bend, Ind.; 45 grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family.
