Services for Ralph Edward White, 58, of Natchez, who died Sunday, March 18, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at Young’s Funeral Home Chapel, Vidalia, with the Rev. Steve Purvis officiating.
Burial will follow at Natchez City Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Vidalia.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. White was born June 23, 1948, the son of Robert Elmer and Mildred Howard White. He was a resident of Natchez. He was a member of Stanton Baptist Church. He was an avid Louisiana State University tiger fan. He also served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam.
He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Marilyn Sue White; and son, Scott White.
Survivors include his wife, Eva White of Natchez; his sons, Casey White and Ryan White, both of Vidalia; stepson, Alan Lipscomb and wife, Becky, of Natchez; sister, Janet Cortez and husband, Pete, of Metairie; brother, Lynn White and wife, Ruth, of Loranger, La.; granddaughters, Haley White and Victoria White; and grandson, Aaron White.
Pallbearers will be Lance Prather, Steve Strebeck, Ronnie Brown, Roger McGraw, Randy Babb and Kelley Johnston.
