ACCS can’t keep up with Parklane

After scoring a grand total of three runs in three losses to top-ranked Porters Chapel earlier in the week, the Rebels had no problem scoring runs against Parklane.
Unfortunately, the Pioneers had too much offense for ACCS to slow down and the result was a four-run loss as the Rebels dropped their fourth straight game to fall to 6-9 on the season.
ACCS had one big inning, the bottom of the fourth when it scored eight runs to take a 9-8 lead. Parklane responded by scoring eight runs in the final three innings while holding the Rebels to just three runs.
Even though both teams combined for 28 hits, there were only three extra-base hits, all doubles. For Parklane, Kyle Adams and Josh Smith each had a double while Austin Weeks doubled for ACCS.
