Originally from Texas, Waggoner has lived in Natchez for the past 20 years.

As a former and current business owner, Waggoner has full knowledge andexperience of the self-motivation and dedication that it takes to work withthe public.

In addition, through her previous experience as marketing director of the Natchez Mall, Waggoner has developed the skills and enthusiasm to market and sell real estate property.

Waggoner has been married for over six years to her husband, Sean. Together, they have a 4-year-old son, Mason Andrew.
