Services for Ronald E. Russell, 48, of Natchez, who died Thursday, March 20, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Pentecostal Church of God in Christ with Elder Randy Jackson officiating.

Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Mr. Russell was born April 27, 1958, in Natchez, the son of Eugene and Lillie Russell. He was a machine operator.

He was preceded in death by his adopted parents, Eugene and Lillie Russell; and a son, Rondrick Skipper.

Survivors include his biological parents, Delma Hooker of Natchez and Jessie Claud James of Leesville, La.; a son, Rodriquez Russell of St. Cloud, Minn.; a daughter, Delvetta L. Skipper of Natchez; brothers, Ira Hill, Johnny Reynolds, Alvin Reynolds and Patrick Hill, all of Natchez, and Billy Reynolds of Collins; sisters, Betty Hall, Edna Jones and Brenda Reynolds, all of Natchez, Monica Hill and Shani Hill, both of Hattiesburg; his devoted companion, Mary Turner of Natchez; numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.
