Michael Cates was recently awarded the Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI) designation. He joins other top producers in the real estate industry who hold this designation across the nation.

Michael earned the GRI designation by attending an intensive series of 90 classroom hours, covering subjects from: contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing, finance and risk reduction.

The GRI designation indicates that an individual has obtained a professional educational foundation on which to base the services they provide to the public and to hold membership in the National Association of REALTORS.

Michael is currently working to complete his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation and will be taking his broker’s exam later this year.
