SICILY ISLAND – Services for Pam Foster, 55, of Sicily Island, who died Wednesday, May 2, 2007, at Riverland Medical Center, in Ferriday, will be 11 a.m. Friday at Pine Hill Baptist Church with Bro. Dennis Hensley officiating.

Burial will follow at New Pine Hill Cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Ferriday.

Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home and from 9 a.m. until service time Friday at the church.

Mrs. Foster was born May 7, 1951, in Newport, Ark., the daughter of Willie Joe Addington and Helen Mae Dockins Addington. She was a dental assistant. Mrs. Foster was a member of Pine Hill Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her father, Willie Joe Addington.

Survivors include her husband, Charles Foster of Sicily Island; her mother, Helen Mae Dockins Addington of Newport, Ark.; sons, Brian Sutherland and wife, LaJan, of Jonesville and Jeremy Sutherland and wife, Racheal, of Natchez; stepsons, Yancey Foster and wife, Lisa, of Pratville, Ala., and Carl Foster of Dallas, Texas; stepdaughters, Charlene Merritt and husband, Darren, of McKenny, Texas and Jessica Lynn Foster of Vidalia; brothers, Herbert Huckabee and Bobby Addington, both of Newport, Ark., and Benny Addington of Shreveport; granddaughters, Caroline Sutherland, Kaitlyn Foster, Shanna Merritt, and Alexandra Foster; grandsons, Austin Foster, Jordan Merritt, Zachary Foster, and J. J. Foster.

Pallbearers will be Roy Reyes, Jason Addington, Danny Ray Cloud, Roger Sutherland, Yancy Foster, Carl Foster, and Darren Merritt.
