Natchez — A midnight drive-by shooting Wednesday resulted in no injuries, Adams County Sheriff Ronny Brown said.

Jarrod Albert, of Natchez, was driving on Martin Luther King Jr. Road when two men allegedly pulled next to him and began firing in his direction, Brown said.

Albert was not wounded, and no damage was done to his vehicle, Brown said.

Albert apparently knew the shooters and gave the sheriff’s office the names of the two men, but did not press charges, Brown said.

The ACSO does not have warrants for the mens’ arrest, Brown said.
