Services for Benjamin Franklin “Lin” Boyte III, 39, of Ferriday, who died Saturday, May 19, 2007, at Riverland Medical Center in Ferriday, will be at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday at 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home.

Visitation will be at Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday.

Mr. Boyte was born July 30, 1967, in Houma, La.

He was a resident of Ferriday, a cook and a member of the First Baptist Church of Ferriday.

Survivors include his parents, Benjamin and Myra Gale Boyte of Ferriday; a son, James Boyte of Ferriday; two daughters, Shanna Boyte of Ferriday and Andrea Hall of Kisimee Fla.; his brother Mitchel Boyte and wife Cynthia of Springfield, Mo.; his sister, Mildred Beckman and husband Joshua and three nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Patrick Landers, Josh Beckham, Gary Chapman, Frank Lee and James Boyte.
