I believe the draft needs to be reinstated. The draft would prevent these young teenagers with their gangs terrorizing the peaceful citizens of all communities. This would save each state millions of dollars and would possibly teach these hoodlums how to live a decent life and how to take care of themselves. Simple. If they do not register for the draft, put them in prison for life! They won’t deserve anything better because they do not respect themselves or any other person. Sick and tired looking at their pants down around their ankles and looking like they came out of a garbage can.
