WATREPROOF — The Tensas Detention Center Resource Center will have a job fair July 2.

The fair will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 8554 Louisiana 65 in Waterproof.

Immediate job openings are available for entry level correctional officers, mid-level correctional supervisors, correctional managerial positions, mental health director and a nurse practitioner.

Benefits offered include two weeks paid vacation, free medical insurance for the employee, a retirement plan and rapid advancement based on qualifications.
