In the last sheriff’s race the voters in Adams County spoke up — they wanted a change.

A new sheriff was elected and in my opinion one who has been fair, has kept his promise of having an open door policy and has been willing to work with the community.

And hopefully in August he will be given an opportunity to serve another four years as our sheriff.

On Aug. 7, I am asking you the voters to go to the polls and vote for the best candidate for the job.

If you want a fair, patient, friendly and dedicated sheriff, then I ask you to vote to reelect Sheriff Ronny Brown.

I ask you not to vote for the candidate because of their skin color, religion, etc., but vote for the most qualified candidate.
