FERRIDAY — Services for Elnora Lee, 92, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, July 12, 2007, at Promise Specialty Hospital in Ferriday, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at New Morning Star Baptist Church in Ferriday with the Rev. Willie Birdon officiating.

Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home of Ferriday.

Visitation is from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Ms. Lee was born Nov. 14, 1914, in Esequena, the daughter of George Washington and Mary Curtis.

She was a homemaker and on the Mothers Board of New Morning Star Baptist Church.

Ms. Lee was preceded in death by her parents; son, James Simpson Sr.; three brothers and five sisters.

Survivors include three sons, Manuel Lee and wife, Mary of Ferriday, Henry Simpson Jr. of Pineville and Beulah Conner of Ferriday; 18 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.
