Mud slinging is down right hateful

I am writing to awaken some folks, clear the air or maybe inform some.

You can make a difference in any situation. I have been saddened at the mud slinging, pit digging, pot hole digging charter assassination and other innuendoes – leveled against some of our elected officials.

I think it absolutely downright, low-down cowardice and hateful for this type of action. We should enter the political race or any race with a clear vision of respect for everyone in the race and may the best man or woman win.

That doesn’t always happen, but at least you can have or should have a clear conscience. Consider: Proverb 16:27 (and I quote), “An ungodly man diggeth up evil; and in his lips there is as a burning fire.” KJV

Galatians 6:7, “Be not decided; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap.” King James version.

In other words, if you dig a ditch for men, just get ready. There is one waiting for you.

We ought to love one another as the good book (The Bible) says, and run a good race, in politics and life in general.

In conclusion, Romans 5:14B: KJV – “Let every man be fully persuaded in his own mind.”

Stand up and be counted. Vote!
