NATCHEZ — Crye-Leike Stedman Realtors welcomes Jim Franklin as a new agent.

Franklin recently returned to Natchez and the Stedmans’ real estate firm after working in the Jackson metro area.

“Jim is a seasoned real estate agent, and we are glad he is returning home and to our office,” said Sue Stedman, vice president of Crye-Leike Stedman Realtors.

Franklin was very active in the Madison County area while he was in the metro area. He worked primarily in new home and relocation sales as a certified relocation agent, and he was the exclusive relocation agent for a primary Nissan supplier.

Franklin is an Internet certified ePRO REALTOR, a member of the Seller Representative Specialist Council, an Accredited Buyer Representative and a GRI designee. He is presently teaching Principles of Real Estate at Co-Lin Community College, and he and his wife Charlotte live in Vidalia.
