FIVE YEARS AGO — Southern Mississippi running back Derrick Nix has 27 carries for 202 yards, the most by Nix since a win over Memphis in 1999, and two touchdowns as the Golden Eagles rally to upset the defending Big 10 champion Illinois Fighting Illini 23-20.
