WOODVILLE — On Sept. 11, the third and fourth grades went to the Mississippi State Woodmagic Show, which taught them about different ways to use wood.

Please make plans to attend our homecoming activities this year. Our theme is “007.” The homecoming parade will be Friday, Sept. 28 at 12:30. The homecoming court presentations will begin at 6:30 p.m. with the game following at 7 p.m.

The juniors were excited to receive their class rings this past Wednesday.

On Thursday Sept. 20, the seniors and the annual staff will be around town to sell ads for the WCCA annual.

We will start an important fundraiser on Tuesday Sept. 17. We will be selling World’s Finest Chocolate and trash bags.

The trash bags are 50 on a roll, 30 gallon, 1.5 mil bags for $12 per box.

This fundraiser helps us buy items for the students.

A few things we have purchased are: desks and chairs, computers, two overhead projectors, and one poster-size laminator.

Brother Bernard Waites did the High School devotion for this week and Brother Van Moore did the elementary’s devotion.
