Peggy Weathersby was recently chosen as the Isle of Capri Casino and Hotel’s team member of the quarter.

In her nomination of Weathersby, Pam Brooks, security supervisor, said, “Peggy is a team member that loves to have fun and be fun while performing her job duties. She is very dependable and you can always count on her to get the job done.”

At the same time that Weathersby received her award, colleague Laura Reading was recognized as supervisor of the quarter.

Recently promoted from front desk supervisor to manager, Reading has been on the team for 12 years.

Senior director of operations John Moran called Reading a team player.

“Laura steps up without comment or complaint to assist her fellow team members,” Moran said.

“Our guests keep coming back to Isle of Capri because of our outstanding team members,” said Jack Sours, vice president and general manager. “We are lucky to have people like Peggy and Laura on our team — they make coming to our casino a great experience, for both guests and their fellow team members.”
