Tylertown 49, Wilkinson County 8
WOODVILLE — So much for that letdown that Wilkinson County head coach John Moore was hoping for. The Tylertown Chiefs, ranked No. 1 in Class 3A in one statewide poll and No. 2 in another, ruined the Wildcats’ homecoming game with a big win Friday night.
Wilkinson County (1-5, 0-2) didn’t score until the 5:45 mark of the fourth quarter on a 60-yard touchdown pass from Delvin Fosselman to Quantarious Lee. Fosselman added the two-point conversion. Tylertown (6-0, 2-0) scored in all four quarters.
