NATCHEZ — Lori Brown Isbell has collected the best recipes from family, friends and community members and compiled them into an attractive keepsake cookbook to benefit the Natchez-Adams County Humane Society.

Isbell works at the Natchez Veterinary Clinic and sees the needs of area animals daily.

She started her project several months ago, seeking recipes submissions from the public.

The cookbook is now complete and on sale while supplies last at the clinic.

The cookbook is $20 and all proceeds will go to the humane society.

The cookbook contains 300 recipes including appetizers, main dishes, desserts and others. Recipes include the contributor’s name, enabling you to find the recipes of family and friends.
