WOODVILLE — The highlighted class for this week is Margo Ferguson’s first grade which is made up of eight girls and 10 boys. The class reports that they are learning about plural nouns, plants and flowers, letters and sounds and writing sentences. The first grade’s wall is always decorated with creative stories and pictures. This week Caroline Ford’s story is about a bug. Her story says “My bug is black and orange. Also she is a butterfly so she can go anywhere she wants to.”

This past Wednesday the fourth grade enjoyed a trip to the Natchez Indian Village.

This past Tuesday WCCA sponsored a blood drive in remembrance of Kristin Holmes.
