O’Beirne named marketing director at Kelly’s Kids

NATCHEZ — Meg O’Beirne recently joined Kelly’s Kids as marketing director. A native of Natchez, O’Beirne has spent the last few years working in New York, New York, as a market research director at Alloy Media + Marketing.While at AM+M, O’Beirne researched media habits and buyer behavior across niche consumer groups — including tweens, college students, urban and multicultural consumers — then used the findings to impact clients’ media and marketing plans. O’Beirne presented findings to clients including McDonald’s, Microsoft, Colgate-Palmolive, SCJohnson and Cadbury-Schweppes.
O’Beirne previously worked in market research at GodwinGroup Advertising Agency in Jackson. O’Beirne received her bachelor’s of business administration from Millsaps College and her master’s of business administration in International Business from the University of Western Sydney, Australia, where she studied as a Rotary International Ambassadorial Scholar. She is a graduate of Cathedral High School.
