VIDALIA — The ninth annual jambalaya lunch fundraiser for Feed the Hungry will be Nov. 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Vidalia First Assembly of God.

Sheriff Randy Maxwell and his wife Roselinda will sponsor the event.

Donations will be $5 per plate, and plates will include cole slaw, jambalaya, rolls and cookies.

Orders may be picked up at the church, located at 4810 U.S. 84 in Vidalia, or arrangements for deliveries can be made for several orders.

The Feed the Hungry program is an outreach of First Assembly of God that donates thousands of pounds of food items every year to needy families throughout Concordia Parish.
