NATCHEZ — JC Penney Salon welcomes Sarah Rebold Hinson to its team.

Hinson went to Jonesville Beauty School in Jonesville. After graduating, she worked at Visible Changes Salon in Vidalia. She specializes in waxing services, highlights, retro haircuts, clipper cuts for adults and children and natural manicures.

JC Penney also welcomes William “Bill” Broom to its team. Broom began his career after graduating from Vidal Sassoon Hair Design Academy in Chicago. Broom then accepted a position with Saks Fifth Avenue where he served in the capacity of hair designer for four years.

Broom was awarded six first place titles for artistic evening competition and went on to be awarded one International Design Competition award. Broom then moved to JCPenney Salon. He has now relocated to the JCPenney Salon in the Natchez Mall. He is now serving as designer/stylist. He specializes in custom hair color, highlights and designs.
