WOODVILLE – Services for Lavalle Trumaine Johnson, 22, of Woodville, who died Wednesday, Nov. 21, 2007, in Crosby, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Embrew Baptist Church, in Woodville, with the Rev. Robert Sullivan officiating.

Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Anderson Funeral Home in Gloster.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Tuesday at the church.

Mr. Johnson was born Nov. 27, 1984, in Mississippi, the son of Carl Johnson and Kathalean Johnson. He was a student at Southern University in Baton Rouge.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Nolan and Nancy Johnson.

Survivors include his mother, Kathalean Johnson of Woodville; father, Carl Johnson of McComb; brother, Carl Johnson Jr. of Woodville; nephews, Jamarion and Joequan Johnson, both of Gloster; grandparents, John and Cleo Henyard, both of Woodville; special friend, Alki Davis of Crosby; four aunts; four uncles; and a number of other relatives and friends.
