NATCHEZ – Services for Maggie Lee Squalls Foster, 93, of Natchez, who died Sunday, Nov. 18, 2007, at Natchez Community Hospital, will be at 1:30 p.m. Sunday at Shiloh Baptist Church with the Rev. John Foster officiating.
Burial will follow at Pine Hill Memorial Park under the direction of George F. West Funeral Home.
Mrs. Foster was born Jan. 1, 1914, in Adams County, the daughter of Daniel Squalls and Amanda Robinson Squalls. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Foster was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Survivors include her daughters, Dorothy Morgan and husband, Joseph, Jennie Brown and husband, Eugene, all of Natchez, and Mary F. Williams of Harrisburg, Pa.; sons, Leroy Foster, Willie Foster and wife, Esther, Roosevelt Foster and wife, Dianne, all of Natchez, Arthur Foster of Los Angeles and John Foster of Vicksburg; sister, Daisy Bell Squalls; 46 grandchildren; 79 great-grandchildren; 35 great-great-grandchildren; the father of her last four children, Johnny Strauder; and a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
