Susie Spillman

WOODVILLE — Services for Susie Inman Lee Spillman, 83, of Woodville, who died Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2007, at Highland Home, in Ridgeland, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Woodville United Methodist Church with the Rev. Ray Branch officiating.

Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, in Woodville, under the direction of Newman Funeral Home in Centreville.

Visitation will be from noon until service time Saturday at the church.

Mrs. Spillman was born Dec. 31, 1923, the daughter of Thomas Brown Lee Sr. and Lucinda Inman Lee. She was a retired bookkeeper for Treppendahl Hardware. Mrs. Spillman was a member of Woodville United Methodist Church and a member of the Rebekkahs.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Earl Wayne Spillman; and sister, Anna Rose Sessions.

Survivors include her daughters, Susie Wayne Burford and husband, Jerry, both of Clinton and Cindy Burchfield and husband, Jimmy, both of Cleveland; son, Tommy Spillman and wife, Ruth, of Texas; sister, Jennie Louise Wylie and husband, Bob, both of Santee, Calif.; brother, Thomas Brown Lee Jr. and wife, Bette, both of Kansas; and eight grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to American Cancer Society.
