MEADVILLE – Services for Eva Middleton, 83, of Meadville, who died Thursday, Nov. 29, 2007, at Meadville Nursing Home, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Franklin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Gene Rowland officiating.
Burial will follow at Midway Cemetery, in Meadville, under the direction of Meadville Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today and from noon until service time Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Middleton was born Feb. 5, 1924, in Monroe, the daughter of Otis Norris and Virginia Laser Norris. She was a homemaker and was a member of Springfield Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her husband; parents; a son; a daughter; three sisters; and three brothers.
Survivors include her sons, Ronald Middleton of Washington, Donald Middleton of Beaumont, Texas, Marvin Middleton of Monroe, La. and Adrin Middleton of Alabama; daughters, Delores Aldridge of Roxie, Louise Walters of Natchez, Gloria Fruge of Baton Rouge, Linda Suggett and Elaine Carter, both of Texas, and Patricia Treason of Braxton; 23 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Louvenia King of Brookhaven; and brother, Hollis Norris of Meadville
