NATCHEZ — Butch Stewart, owner and broker of Coldwell Banker Stewart Realty, is pleased to announce the company’s association with The Preserve, LLC, a real estate development company. The Preserve, LLC recently purchased a 32-acre tract of land located behind the Natchez Mall for development.

This planned development, which has recently broken ground, will include townhouses, duplexes, patio homes and single family residential units.

An assisted living facility is also planned for the site.
