HATTIESBURG — Regions Bank officials have announced the relocation of Douglas Smith to the branch banking center at Sergeant Prentiss Drive in Natchez.

A Natchez native, Smith relocated from Hattiesburg, where he most recently served as branch sales manager. He will continue to offer full service banking to include business lending, portfolio management, insurance and investments. He will manage the daily functions of the bank and has ultimate responsibility for achievement of branch sales goals, operational activities and staff development. A portion of his job includes working to identify and develop additional business and to oversee and ensure sales of new and existing clients.

Smith is a graduate of Copiah-Lincoln Community College and the University of Southern Mississippi.
