MONROE – Services for Willie Lee “Lee Bee” Adams, 74, of Meadville, who died Friday, Dec. 7, 2007, at St. Dominic Memorial Hospital, in Jackson, will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at New Bethel Baptist Church in Monroe.

Burial will follow at Nelson Cemetery, in McCall Creek, under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home in Bude.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until service time Saturday at the church.

Mr. Adams was born March 15, 1933, in Franklin County, the son of Willie Adams and Martha Bee “Mart Bee” Williams.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Willie Mae Smith and Ruby Harris; fiancé, Elouise Nelson; brothers, Percy Bee and L.J. Smith; nephew, Charles E. Harris; and great-niece, Rebecca Harris.

Survivors include two children; a grandchild; aunt, Sylvia Rylas of Hermanville; brothers-in-law, Robert Smith and Sonny Boy Price of Bude; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
