Natchez Garden Club to meet Thursday for historical talk

The Natchez Garden Club will have its January meeting Thursday at First Baptist Church of Natchez.
The program will be titled “Natchez City Limits 1723” by Joseph V. Frank.
The business meeting will begin at 11 a.m. followed by the program at 11:30 a.m. with lunch at noon.
Members will enjoy a walk through Natchez in 1723. Frank will show how the City of Natchez has changed over the last 285 years with this exceptional Power Point presentation. Make your reservations early for this informative historical presentation.
Program chairman is Mrs. Joseph V. Frank and vice chairman is Mrs. William P. Dickey III.
A mini program titled “Garden Therapy” will be presented by Mrs. William P. Dickey III and “Environmental Concerns” presented by Mrs. Ray Bradford. Floral designs are by Mrs. David New.
Hostesses for the event will be Mrs. William D. Herrington, Mrs. William P. Dickey III and Mrs. Ray Bradford.
