FERRIDAY — Services for Roy Dale “R.D.” Miller, 43, of Vidalia, who died Saturday, Feb. 9, 2008, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Young’s Funeral Home with the Rev. Preston Holder officiating.
Burial will follow at Greenlawn Memorial Park, in Natchez, under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Miller was born March 21, 1964, the son of Raymond Brown and Marybelle Brown. He was employed as a driller for D&D Drilling.
Survivors include his parents; two sisters, Monica Brown of Chicago and Joyce Escorcia and husband, Eric, both of Vidalia; two brothers, Don Miller of Tampa and Jim Miller of New Orleans; and a number of aunts, uncles and friends.
Pallbearers will be Billy Kimball, Willie Kimball, Mike “Tre” Trevillion, Kalen Tarver, Gary Juneau and Fred Taylor.
Honorary pallbearers will be David Tarver, Eric Escorcia, Randy Tarver, Eugene Marshall, Fred Taylor Jr., Richard “Doc” Wilkes and Jeremy Taylor.
