Thanks for dedication to students

I, Constance Clayton, a parent of a Beta Club member at Morgantown Elementary, would like to formally thank the Natchez-Adams County School Board.
The recent accommodations that were made for our Beta Club members to attend the conference in Tupelo, confirm your dedication to children.
I commend each and every one of you for making it possible. I considered it a duty as a parent to rally on their behalf.
The students exemplify the importance of hard work and dedication to academics daily.
The board, like myself, expressed their admiration of the students in the past few weeks. You made it possible for our students to be rewarded for their excellence.
Please accept this letter of gratitude as a token of my appreciation. I am sure I speak for all parents that were faced with the dilemma of their child not being able to attend the conference.
I would like to give a special acknowledgement to Mr. Norris Edney and Mrs. Thelma Newesome. They were essential in providing the necessary travel accommodations for our children.
We salute you for allowing our children to experience learning beyond the classroom.
Constance Clayton
