WOODVILLE — Springtime excitement is filling the air at WCCA as the juniors and seniors prepare for their prom. The theme for this year’s prom is La Bella Noche, The Beautiful Night. It will be on Friday at Hemingbough in St. Francisville.

Fort Adams Baptist Church recently provided a Christian concert for the students. The students were blessed by Ben Waites, a student at Louisiana College. He inspired the student body not only with the musical selections, but also with his attitude toward life, teachers said.

WCCA will be closed on March 7 for the teachers to attend the MPSEA district meeting at Copiah Academy.
