Two churches broken into in area Thursday

NATCHEZ — Two churches were broken into Thursday.
A break-in of the Parkway Baptist Church office was reported at 1 p.m.
A safe was broken into in the office and a small amount of cash was taken, Police Chief Mike Mullins said.
At 10 a.m. it was reported that Westminster Presbyterian Church was broken into.
A backdoor was accidentally left unlocked. The padlock was broken on the office door and taken from the office were a small amount of cash and some stamps.
