LAS VEGAS — Miss-Lou native Larry Easton has been promoted to second assistant at Smith’s Food and Drug Stores in Las Vegas.

The store’s program will train Easton to become a more effective manager while increasing his professional and personal growth, a store release said.

Easton was nominated for the position by his store manager and district manager based on his potential for professional growth, self motivation, ability to set and achieve high standards, dedication to Smith’s and leadership skills.
