VIDALIA – Services for James H. Taylor, 45, of Ferriday, who died Thursday, April 10, 2008, at his residence, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Union Baptist Church, in Vidalia, with the Rev. Carl Smith officiating.
Burial will follow at Ferriday Cemetery under the direction of Concordia Funeral Home in Ferriday.
Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Mr. Taylor was born July 29, 1962, in Pineville, La., the son of James Skipper and Cora Taylor.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Survivors include his mother; one son, James K. Taylor; two daughters, Jeanett L. Taylor and Nishiekor Taylor; two brothers, Willie Taylor, all of Ferriday, and Gregory Taylor of Newellton, La.; one sister, Margaret Townsend of Cartersville, Ga.; and four uncles, Pete Taylor of Natchez, George Taylor, James Taylor and David Taylor, all of Ferriday.
