Regional still here to serve you well

As everyone in the Miss-Lou knows, Natchez Regional Medical Center is going through some hard times financially. However, let me assure you that these fiscal difficulties have not and will not affect its purpose — the delivery of quality health care to the Miss-Lou.
Believing that physician involvement is of the utmost importance, the Homochitto Valley Medical Society called a meeting of area physicians to discuss the future of health care. Though we have our differences philosophically, it is unanimously agreed upon that the quality of health care in the Miss-Lou is of paramount importance. We want to be part of the process, as Natchez Regional Medical Center endures this time of difficult choices and opportunities, to ensure the availability and continued quality of the system. Sponsored by the Homochitto Valley Medical Society, the physicians of the Miss-Lou will meet independently on an ongoing basis to explore ideas for the continued improvement of the health care system and related issues. We hope that the business leaders of our community will view our suggestions as helpful insight.
