Crawfish anyone? Mudbug is for you

Published 12:00 am Friday, May 2, 2008

Do you like crawfish? Boiled fried, or cooked in something? Then Trinity Episcopal’s Mayfair Mudbug Mania is the place for you.

At the party, there will be an abundance of boiled crawfish, fried crawfish tails with a jalapeno tartar sauce, crawfish cornbread, crawfish and sausage jambalaya, crawfish tarts, crawfish enchilada dip and crawfish poppers. Four guest chefs will be competing against each other for the title of the “2008 Craw Daddy.”

Bub Mullins, Dr. Rod Givens, Doug Hosford and Liza Sharp have teamed up with a favorite school activity to aid in the raising of funds. There will also be a D.J., adult beverages, an awesome silent auction, many class raffle baskets and the much talked about $1,800 prize cow pattie drop.
