The Natchez Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. presents its 16th annual Debutante Cotillion — “Basking in Beauty: Bold, Beneficent, Brilliant.”

This year’s Coterie of Debutantes consists of 20 bold, beneficent, brilliant young ladies who have dedicated many hours toward community service as they progressed toward the culminating event — the Debutante Cotillion. They will be formally presented to society on Saturday at the Natchez City Auditorium. The participants include:

Debutante Morketia Collins, the 17-year-old daughter of Pamela White. Morketia is a senior at Wilkinson High School. Her escort is Akeem Norwood, the son of Crystal Martin and John Norwood.

Debutante Jasmine S. Davis, the 17-year-old daughter of Denicshoeo Davis and Jessie Wilson. Jasmine is a junior at Natchez High School. Her escort is Kennedy Walker, Jr., the son of Gwendolyn and Kennedy Walker, Sr.

Debutante Trista Da’nel Demby, the 16-year-old daughter of Clint and Cynthia Dixon. Trista is a junior at Vidalia High School. Her escort is Ernie Banks, Jr., the son of Sgt. Ernie Banks and the late Marilyn K. Brown.

Debutante Kera Fennix, the 17-year-old daughter of Kerry W. Fennix and Natalie Fennix. Kera is a junior at Natchez High School. Her escort is Johnathon Skylar Bacon, the son of Patricia Bacon.
