NATCHEZ — Someone did not want one woman to “have it her way” at Burger King on U.S. 61 North Wednesday morning.

At 3:15 a.m. the woman and her two passengers were sitting in the drive-thru when a black vehicle drove down Covington Road and began shooting. One of the woman’s passengers then returned fire.

The woman reported the incident and turned over the gun that was fired from her car Wednesday morning. Physical evidence was recovered from the scene and there is a suspect Natchez Police Chief Mike Mullins said.

No one was injured.
