Please handle cougar humanely

The citings of Ms. Browning and Ms. Weeks, and a recent nighttime terrorizing of horses in the Lower Woodville/Highland Boulevard area, supports the voracity of a cougar in the Natchez vicinity.
I implore the Wildlife & Fisheries department leader Mr. Richard Rummel to investigate the sightings and be on the lookout for this animal and be prepared — by having a veterinarian on call — to use humane methods in capturing and hopefully relocating the animal.
This would result in a safe outcome for the locals and the cougar. I hope if the cat is spotted, that the public will call 911, who hopefully will call Mr. Rummel. Let’s not get trigger happy.
A life is a life.
