One charged in fatal bridge wreck

VIDALIA — The only man to be charged in connection with the fatal four-car pileup on the Vidalia-Natchez bridge May 18 has been booked on additional charges.
Cedric A. Hunter, 24, of 6 Newman Drive, Natchez, turned himself in to the Vidalia Police on a bench warrant two counts vehicular homicide. His bond was set at $200,000.
Hunter was previously charged with DWI (first offense), and was released on a $696 bond at the time.
Two men, Terrence Johnson, 20, and Kelvin Keys, 22, died as a result of the accident.
Others were reportedly in the vehicles at the time of the accident but fled the scene by the time the police arrived.
