NATCHEZ — Services for Eddie Pernell Jr., 60, of Natchez, who died Friday, Aug. 8, 2008, at his residence, will be at 11 a.m. today at True Bibleway Apostolic Deliverance Temple Church with Pastor Freddie L. Parker officiating.

Burial will follow at Smithland Baptist Church Cemetery under the direction of Webb Funeral Home.

Mr. Pernell was born March 16, 1948, in Church Hill, the son of Eddie Pernell Sr. and Luader Griffin. He was a minister at True Bibleway Apostolic Deliverance Temple Church.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors include Eugene “Buzzy” Lewis of Natchez; four brothers; three sisters; five daughters; one son; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be brothers, son and son-in-law.
