NATCHEZ — Hospice Ministries, a community based, not-for-profit organization. is looking for caring individuals to donate their time and energy to help terminally ill patients and their families in the Natchez area. The core of the hospice philosophy is that each person has the right to die free of pain and with dignity, surrounded by families and loved ones. Volunteers support the work of these caring professionals in providing this quality care.

Volunteers are needed for administrative work, emotional support and companionship of patients and their families. The next training class will be from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 20 at Hospice Ministries, located at 317 Highland Colony Road, Suite S in Natchez.
