Local horse trainer David Carter has had 100 days to train his wild mustang Silverado. In just seven short days he will be competing in Fort Worth, Texas, against 140 other trainers from across the nation in the Extreme Mustang Makeover contest. A competition of finesse, agility, control and pure entertainment, Carter hopes to come out on top as this year’s Extreme Mustang Makeover champion.
