VIDALIA — Three Ferriday men were arrested on felony drug charges earlier this week.

Tremayne Jajuan Kelly, 34, 561 Black Bayou Road, and Kelvin L. Tennessee, 25, 223 Dunbarton Road, were arrested on charges of possession of marijuana with intent to distribute by Louisiana Probation and Parole, and the U.S. Marshal Service Tuesday. Narcotics officers later recovered the marijuana.

That same day, in a separate arrest by the same agencies, Montrell D. Harrell, 21, 905 10th St., was arrested on charges of felony possession of marijuana after a traffic stop.

Harrell was driving the vehicle, and a passenger reportedly leaped out of the vehicle and ran, officials said.

After being pursued on foot, Harrell was arrested and officers allegedly found he had two small bags of marijuana packaged for sale.

Bond for all three men was set at $50,000.
