FLOWER MOUND, Texas – Services for Sherry Lucy Johnson, 61, of Flower Mound, Texas, who died Saturday, Sept. 27, 2008, will be at 11 a.m. Friday at First Presbyterian Church, of Grapevine, with the Rev. Bob Crilley officiating.
Burial will follow at Flower Mound Cemetery under the direction of Flower Mound Funeral Home in Flower Mound, Texas.
Visitation will be from 7 to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Johnson was born April 11, 1947, in Alexandria, La., the daughter of Irlan and Maudie Rudisill. She was a devoted wife, mother and friend.
Mrs. Johnson was a graduate of the University North Texas and a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 75 in Natchez.
Survivors include her husband, William Raymond Johnson; one son, Kenneth Jay Owens and wife, Jennifer; her parents; one brother, Dennis Irlan Rudisill; two sisters, Gloria Ellen Rudisill and Marilyn Gail Rudisill; three grandsons, Connor Irlan Owens, Ryan Jay Owens and Brady Clark Owens.
