NATCHEZ — After gallbladder surgery last week, Adams County Sheriff Ronny Brown could be headed home from the hospital as early as today.

Brown said he began to feel ill two weeks ago.

A series of tests and blood scans revealed little and it was not until Brown had a CAT scan that it was learned his gallbladder had to be removed.

“I’m feeling much better now,” Brown said Wednesday.

Brown’s operation was on Friday and he said he hopes to be back at the office as early as Monday.
